How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Homeowners who reach out to Representationplant Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can contact us about:

  • How a call or message with Representationplant Floor Coating went
  • How your personal data was used or protected
  • Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
  • The conduct of a provider we referred you to

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. Say you are unhappy with a coating job. Start by raising it with the provider in writing, and keep copies of everything you send.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Representationplant Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Write to contact@representationplant.living and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you reached us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's company name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Happens Next

We confirm receipt by email, normally within a few business days. We then look into the matter, which may include speaking with the provider. After that, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You're Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or the Better Business Bureau in your area. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may also be able to help.
